  • Travel planning and travel expense accounting
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings
  • Event planning and organization
  • Assumption of ad hoc tasks

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training or studies
  • First experience in the area of assistance or project management office
  • Structured and independent working method
  • Experienced in MS Office programs as well as SharePoint
  • Confident appearance and discretion
  • Strong communication skills and service orientation
  • Enjoy reorganizing processes into a digital office environment
  • Perfect German and business fluent English skills
  • Team spirit and enthusiasm
